Nested in the high mountains of Koura (Lebanon), this performance arts center combines a variety of art performing spaces (i.e. dancing stages, visual art platforms, painting studios, etc...) in such a way so as to invite nature into the performing spaces. The building is designed to be fully integrated in the landscape, and is composed of five main structures: a black box, a playhouse, a repertory, a large theater and an art studio. The spaces are designed to allow a maximum interaction between the artists and the spectators while maintaining a high degree of exposure to the nature of the site.
