The Beatles Institute is a facility that is dedicated to the all the local fans of the Beatles - the world-famous British pop/rock band of the 60's who revolutionized modern Western music and culture. The institute is located in a lot in Hamra, a congested medium-wealth commercial district of Beirut. It is specialized in the study of Beatles-inspired music and invites all the people of the area including the students of the nearby AUB (American University of Beirut) to use its facilities and media library. Below are the inked technical drawings submitted by Chehab at the time of university. The project also includes sketches that depict the mood in which the building is thought to function.
